a. Request from Kathleen Sansonetti to display "Grand Opening" banners for "A" River Deli, 315 S. Main Street, Freeport, NY.
2. VILLAGE CLERK
a. Written notification of a defective, unsafe, dangerous or obstructed condition in connection with a sidewalk was received at the following locations:
262 and 270 Southside Avenue
137 Bedell Street
100 Wilson Place
246 Church Street
148 Pine Street
The Department of Public Works was notified, and the necessary action was taken to correct all conditions deemed to be dangerous.
b. Request approval for the Mayor to sign the Dog/Cat Seizure Agreement between the Town of Hempstead and the Village of Freeport, from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2002 at a cost of $45.00.

a. Request to amend the Vehicle and Traffic Regulations as follows: Section 41 Parking prohibited at all times unless otherwise designated. No person shall park a vehicle within the designated areas in the following streets at any time, or at the times otherwise indicated. ADD: Claurome Place, south side, from the westerly curbline of North Main Street, for a distance of 110 feet in a westerly direction.
b. Request resolution that the offer in the amount of $461.00 for Bill No. M1842 be accepted as full settlement of the claim against Craig Eberts for damages to a Village owned vehicle; and further request that Craig Eberts be permitted to settle this claim by paying $50.00 per month until the full amount is paid.
c. Request resolution that the offer from Material Damage Adjustment Corp. in the amount of $1,913.24 for Bill No. M-1848 be accepted as full settlement of the claim against Claressa E. Meyers for damage to the chain link fence at Waterfront Park.
d. Request resolution that the offer from Allstate Insurance Company in the amount of $1,989.01 which represents 80% of the total claim for Bill Numbers L1425 ($1,760.02) and W-4519 ($726.24) be accepted as full settlement of the claim against Eloise Dobson for damages to a fire hydrant and telephone pole.
4. PUBLIC WORKS

a. Recommend the contract "Rehabilitation of Basketball Courts at Martin Luther King, Glacken, and North East Parks", from Retriever Contracting, Inc. be accepted at a final cost of $176,553.33, with the retainage to be released upon Village Board of Trustees accepting this contract and the submitting and approval of a 10% maintenance bond.
5. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT - Ellen R. Kelly
a. Request permission for Ellen Kelly to attend the Long Island Business Development Council Annual Conference at Gurney's Inn, Montauk, N.Y. on September 29-October 1, 1999 at a cost of $760.00.

4. To consider the rezoning of property from Residence A district to Marine Apartment-Boatel,Condominum and Cooperative District, Section 62, Block 32, Lot 344 and Section 62, Block 34, Lots 44-49 and Lots 178-179.
